I got my modem yesterday. My family has had a hectic weekend and I hadn’t had anytime to plug your modem in and start using it. Tonight my family sat down for our weekly family movie night. Our Netflix kept pausing for minutes at a time and the picture quality was horrible. My wife reminded me that we had that new modem from the local company (Sardis Telecom) and I plugged it up, and connected our smart TV. What am amazing difference, it is night and day. The picture quality is so much better, no buffering, this feels like Christmas morning. I took the below speed test while streaming Netflix!

You guys rock, we will NEVER use Otelco again. We are telling everyone we know.
